Keep us filled in Violet!
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands.

Violet Honey I have been in your position when we were trying for our 1st child.

Relax I know that it is hard, and it becomes a mission and a half, my sisters just had to look at their partners and were pregnant, but not me! we had so much sex trying for that baby, I reckon that my body felt sorry for me!! I remind my husband now about the jellybean rule!!!

You will become pregnant I feel soon, you have an issue that I feel is holding this process up.  Alot of healers believe that infertility can be a result of inner conflict.

Be strong and know that you will have the pitter patter of feet in your life.

Hi Violet,
you mentioned that when you go off the pill you get a spike in fertility.  I think this is true for estrogen pills but I think the mini pill is progesterone only, so you may have missed this spike in fertility.  :)
I hope a baby comes to you soon.  i know it is easy to say just enjoy the journey (because when you know you are ready you want it right away!).
I am another one that gets pregnant at the drop of a hat, so I can't really know what it is like to wait.  It was bad enough with my first a took a test when my period was late then was so dissapointed when it was negative.  I remember thinking how would I cope month after month.
My only advice is listen to your body.  I know when I am ovulating by my mood.  lol
Anyway once you are pregnant you realize you mind is just along for the ride and your body is really the one in control.
Good luck Violet!

......and poo a lot,  and cry, and wake in the middle of the night, and make a lot of washing

My babies redefined the meaning of love for me.

Sleep deprivation IS torture though!

and so does sleep derivation..lol..

One day my light went out, but was blown again into flame by an encounter with some wonderful people I call friends. I owe the deepest thanks to those who have rekindled this inner light...

Apparently omega 3 is important after giving birth...I was watching Oprah with some doctor on there, and he was saying that after pregnancy and birth, the brain of the mum has been striped of omega 3's, thus paving the way for "post natal depression"...so eat plenty of fish, red salmon etc...and rest when ever you can, is so important.
I love Oprah, I learn something every time!!

It is amazing what the human body can do and the shapes that it can extend too, Violet honey you will be ok, and these things do happen when the time is right as cliche as that must sound!

I remember with all my babies trying to get pregnant and when I get the + test thinking "oh crap what have I done". I tell you when you get that positive test you feel like the first person to ever get pregnant! you feel so happy.
