Changing my email details

I'd like to change the email address that I submitted when I registered as it is no longer applicable but whenever I try I receive a notice that the email address I am submitting is banned... I have tried several (my home, my work etc) and cant figure out why they would be banned... I'm new and haven't broken any rules or caused trouble so... umm... help?

Please PM the exact details of your email address old and new to me. Also a copy of the email you received saying the email address was banned. Could be a bug in the software we need to address.
