What Happened to the show "Sightings"

Anyone know what happened to the TV show “Sightings”.  The last time I saw an episode was back in the late 90s, and was hooked on every episode.  Someone told me that the show was aired on Cable TV, and sadly, I have not yet seen it anywhere.

I cannot believe Foxtel (Cable TV) would rather show old re-runs of what happened at Roswell, New Mexico more times than our earth has orbited our sun!.  What a shame, as the show was jammed packed with paranormal cases from around the world.

And boy, you would know in no uncertain terms that South America was a haven for paranormal activity, especially UFOs.

I cannot recall the presenter’s name, but can clearly remember his face, with large frame glasses. He had a team of dedicated investigators, and I would always dream of being one of the investigators on that show.

I just googled it.  I don't think I have seen it.  Sometimes pay TV does put a paranormal show on, but it might only be on for a month or so.  Paranormal Borderline was like that (Unless its still on and I just haven't seen it)

foxtel used to screen it on the sci fi channel but it hasnt been on for 6 months or so

Foxtel was screening the first series, I believe, but as it went for something like 10 years, it was extremely dated.  I'm not sure if it is still being aired in the US.

That was a great show!! Some great content.  I still have some of the more interesting stories on VHS... I must dig them out, havent watched them in years.  I have two specials they did too.

There were some repeats on pay TV earlier this year.  They had the Ghosts Part I and 2 and Aliens Part 1 and 2.
