Hello all here is a pic I took at Sach's bridge in Gettysburg. It's a covered bridge just out of town used during the war.It was a clear night,no smokers around.Just going onto the bridge and got this.
Sometimes you can sit there and hear horses on the bridge there are no horses any where near there. Not living anyway.

Interesting pic - thanks for posting.
I've read articles that say things can be heard there, like the horses you speak about, and also people's voices occasionally.

I would love to go there too. I have read many stories on the ghosts about this place. Considering the carnage, it would have to have ghosts!
Thanks for the picture.

I've looked at a few interesting vids on youtube that ordinary folk have taken. It does seem like a great place to visit. Lucky you, peavy

I would love to go to Gettysburg. I have a fascination with the American Civil War.

It is a great place day or night.I've had many experiences there.I try to get there every weekend.Along with the pic I get,Ive had soldiers walk out in front of me so close I move to the side to let them pass and they vanish in thin air. That's always a treat. You got to understand there are reinactors there all the time so a soldier is nothing odd,I have a uniform I wear now and than. It's a great feeling when your in uniform. But when you see someone just vanish words can not describe the feeling. It happens here.I'll be posting more pic.Gettysburg is a very active place. Here is my uniform

Hey Christine you need to put Jaszza to work to find the winning numbers so we can visit Gettysburg.
Imagine what we would find if we did an investigation there! That place is seriously haunted and buzzing with activity.
The excess baggage alone for the gear would be scary LOL.

I would LOVE to!
Do you participate in the re-inactments they have there?

Can't wait to see more pic peavy.
Do you camp there at the weekends?
What a hoot. I can imagine doing the reinactments and there's guys in uniform going every which way..... and people dodging around them, even though some aren't 'alive' anymore.

I heard of people camping there to wake in the night and find themselves in the midst of an unseen battle.

That's what I'm thinking CE. What a hoot...... dodging shots that aren't really going to put a hole in you anyway.

It has the potential to be a new computer game. Dodging shots but you have to figure which are the real ones.... and you only score if you dodge the real ones. Rofl. And a point is deducted if you dodge the ghosties.
