These look like reflections off street lights and houses distorted by the wet road.

I don't see any reflections on the vacant lot at present, but if rain drops have hit the camera enclosure they could end up anywhere.

I noticed on the far left directly under the date numbers, a light seemed to come on ...... is that where you mean rainman?   P

Swanston..... I think each light has a reflection of sorts bouncing off it and these reflections look like 'faces' through the camera.  For instance if you were actually in that place, I think you would only see the lights themselves and not the faces.  I also think this is so, due to each light having a matching 'face' in basically the same position on each light - just as a reflection would be.

It has died down now a lot.

I will do my best to upload the video that I got. But this particular link has had very interesting footage the past four days running at about 10.30pm to 11.00pm Aust time. And every evening has been something different.

No SB, it was like a car pulled up off camera at the bottom right of the screen and the headlights shone down the road. At the next re-fresh, they were gone.

I would be curious to see this camera in daylight and I am also curious to see your video swanston1

I have not done any research at all on this area. I was drawn to it for no real reason.
All I can tell during daylight is that the camera comes from behind some very large iron gates.
I have seen some images during daylight also, but they are very faint and always appear to cut through the said vacant piece of land.

I'm watching your vid now - I'm about halfway through.

I wonder if that bright light that goes on and off is a movement activated light.  (Like the security lights we have here).

I've been looking at the image at the top that changes.  I'd like to have a look at this cam in the daytime, so that I know what is where.  Such as houses where people could be, and so forth.

Will go back to watching the vid now.

Oh, one more thing, I think this light might be the same one that I mentioned seeing earlier, when it came on.
