Paranormal Australia Mapping Project
« on: September 21, 2008, 12:29:27 PM »
Mapping project underway!

We are endeavouring to start creating maps of sightings of the paranormal variety all around the country.

Maps will be divided into haunted Australia maps which will include known haunts based on reports and possible haunts based on urban myth and legend.

We are also looking to commence mapping big cat sightings in Australia based on first hand reports and media reports.

If you would like to volunteer to map your state or district please contact us or me.

Stay tuned!

Dear Gate Keeper

I would like to volunteer. I am a cartographer by trade (I do mapping). I don't have any software on my home computer. I like in Perth, Western Australia. You can save data locations to google earth, and compile. To what extent you need, I am not sure.

Welcome Voop and don't worry, I have been caught with the "old Post date" before. LOL

These five are gravity, generosity of (the) soul, sincerity, earnestness and kindness.

Welcome Voop :) I'm really interested in cartography, it'd be great to pick your brain at some point if that was okay?

Hi everyone, as there was no volunteers ways back when, I don't think this project ever got off the ground.
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands.
