Set up is friday night at the Clunes Town hall

So anyone around at about 6pm for setup on the friday night would be great. More hands make light work.

Saturday I would like to get there at 9am although it starts at 10am. It fnishes at 5pm.

On deck will be Christine, Lee, Dawn plus anyone else who comes to give us a break. I think Julie is coming in the late afternoon?

On Sunday start time is 10am, but we should probably get there at 9.30am. We are going to have a stand at the Clunes Market on the main street (this starts at 8am and finishes about 2pm) as well as at the alternate fair. So we will need a couple of people to do that as well.

On deck at the Alternate Fair will be
Christine, Dawn, Sas, Julie (Janine and Lee while the market isn't on) If they need a hand and we aren't busy then we can send someone down there.

On deck at the market stand for the time it is on will be Janine and Lee.

Is that cool with everyone?

If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands.

One day my light went out, but was blown again into flame by an encounter with some wonderful people I call friends. I owe the deepest thanks to those who have rekindled this inner light...

On the Saturday night we are planning to have a BBQ at a local BBQ something simple. So we can save money and not have to go to the pub for dinner that way we can stay for the night activities until we want to go home!!

Yay!

There are 3 public BBQs in town that cost the princely sum of 20cents for 30 mins.

I think we can afford that! lol

We can make it easy and get a few kgs snags plus a couple of kilos of hamburgers with some bread and everyone split the price per head or you can BYO.

Ideas? Input?
