I don't think its a rip off at all !! Its not something you do everyday, its something you do once for a fun experience and i think $ 100 to spend the night there will be well worth it
, hope you guys have a good time

Chainz you'd probably not think twice about dropping $100 at the pub on a Saturday night, i know a lot of the teens I work with seem to think thats about right for a night out!

We are still trying to put a group together of 10-12 people so we can have a private investigation on the 29th of July. Please see the investigations thread if you are interested.
Re the fee- some goes to Darren Done as he holds all rights to investigate Nat Trust properties, the rest to National Trust to maintain the property, some to insurance as well.

Personally I think its a fair price when you take into account it is overnight and the numbers will be limited (I hope)

Yes if we do it as a group there will only be us. Also the price will be only $90.

$90 is very reasonable. I was thinking somewhere at $150 each. Who can complain with $90???

Seriously I struggled to get anyone to make contact with me, All I got was a George something or other, so low level emf ais wasn't worth it.

I also did the investigation night at the old melb gaol... it was interesting to me but nothing of interest happened at all.
i had a few good readings on the emf meter but that was about it for the night! They put you into cells by yourself, i liked that bit! very creepy.
I did my tour in June this year, they talked about trying to gain access to the watch tower so they could include it in their future investigations. I think the $100 was worth it! I had a good night!
