Agree with Chris on this small but wonderful shop with some delightful water features, and she is a great lady with a very refreshing spirit.
A couple of other places that might be of interest in Ballarat are:
Phoenix (cafe/gifts/workshops) 626 Sturt St, Ballarat.
A shop opposite DHS (forgot the name), timber facade, offering an ecclectic blend of Eastern, Maylaysian type knick knacks, bells, incense etc.

Yes the owner of The Enchantarium is a member of the forum as well.

I am looking for someone to sell my dichroic glass jewellery in Ballarat too if you know anyone?

Actually the place apposite DHS might be interested. They have a lot of jewellry there some I think which is sold on consignment. I do know of some others too but have a mental blank at the moment so I'll get back to you when I remember.

I think its called 'bits and pieces' or 'this and that' or something catchy like that...hahaha

but its right next to macca's in Sturt St, just down from Drummond....

They have some beautiful gift ideas, candles, jewellery, etc. You could spend a small fortune and most of the day in there!! Now, wheres that credit card? Honey?......:P

She has some good stuff actually. She will post you anything you need. She also has frankinscense and myrh resins for burning. And some really nice indian and velvet jewellery boxes.
