The Bollon light. Warwick: QLD
« on: November 16, 2018, 11:51:30 AM »
There is an old story of ghostly co and co coach some times seen late at night the sounds of horses panting and the jingle and rattle of the carriage with a lantern flickers in the night only to vanish at a given spot.

The old locals named this ghostly encounter as the Bollon light. The site where the carriage disappears as taboo sport a place of debil debils the early settlers could never fully under stand. It has been said through history many fatal accidents have happened at the same spot.

Cursed?

The Warwick daily newspaper in 1954 tells of this ghostly haunting below.

Before certain aspects of the Post are explained, then the key to the tale is needed.

The issue relates to whether the section of the Road was "Cursed" before the Cobb and Co accident, where, the Horses, Driver and Passengers died, or did the section of the Road became "Cursed" "After" the accident described in the Newspaper Clipping.

Hi KANACKI,

My feeling tells me that part of the Road was "Cursed" prior to the Cobb and Co accident.

In relation to the Curse, it may have been placed in that physical place by a group of Aboriginals as that area, which perhaps was sacred to them and unfortunately the road was built (through the Cursed area), after the "Aboriginal Curse" was placed.

Perhaps if other Members agree, we could get a local aboriginal who is able to lift such Aboriginal Curses.

Hello Simon

Looking at the road from Bollon to Warrick via Google earth you discover some thing the road cuts through. that through out European history and folklore stories have been written about? But  the strange phenomena is not just restricted to Europe but around the world. Even the aborigines had stories from their dream time  relating to the same phenomena. Even in Africa the tribes have similar stories.

I will post more on it as it in itself deserves its own thread. However could the interred phenomena have powerful forces at play?

As I was reading your last Post and the section that this is in other countries.

I am not privy to the structure of all the Peoples of each country and how, or whether, they used the energy that flowed around the world and I know that the Cathar Perfect's did, in fact, they used this energy for many reasons that I am aware of this stage, but my Learning continues of the use energy and whether this energy was used world-wide.
