The bearded man of Woolloomooloo; Sydney NSW
« on: November 16, 2018, 11:29:31 AM »
Sydney in last 70 years has seen massive change in development and many old historic building are disappearing under the weight of modern sky rise development.

Yet there is still hidden pockets where ghosts of the past still linger?

Once such terrace house in Woolloomooloo has not changed in 50 maybe 70 years also. And neither has its tenants although they have been dead perhaps even longer.

One such ghost was what the locals call the bearded man that haunts the house. There is another ghost of women who is seem briefly on the stairs.

The estate became a deceased estate as the property had been in the same family for many years. The terrace is in very poor condition. A photographer was sent around to phonograph the property being sold as is. When in course of taking pictures there was ghostly reflection in dressing table mirror of a bearded man. Was he the restless spirit allegedly haunting this old terrace house?

You can see his alleged ghostly image below. For those guests who cannot see the picture I suggest you sign up to this wonderful forum.

To be continued

I have more pictures of the old house.

I believe the place was the site of murder many year ago. A poisoning case perhaps triggered by domestic violence?

Can spirits become overcome with guilt and remorse they fear on the point of death to cross over?

Hi KANACKI

Unfortunately, I could not see the Spirit(s), as yet.

If you have further Photographs please, so that I can have a better chance at seeing these Spirits if they exist.

KANACKI, there are many reasons People do not Crossover, far too many for me to type on my Post due to my current Arthritis in both Hands.
To practice five things under all circumstances constitutes perfect virtue;

These five are gravity, generosity of (the) soul, sincerity, earnestness and kindness.
