To practice five things under all circumstances constitutes perfect virtue;

These five are gravity, generosity of (the) soul, sincerity, earnestness and kindness.

Thanks for that, I like to read these articles that people send links to.
This article brings to mind an awesome book I read called "Stalking the Wild Pendulum" by Itzhak Bentov.
It explains in simple maths, physics, and imaginative terms how our bodies mirror the universe, how we are all pulsating beings in a pulsating universe, how the universe and everything in it is evolving consciousness, and how our brains amplify thoughts already existing. This is a great read for sceptics, it may challenge your view of reality if you are not convinced of consciousness without a body, the effects of meditation and many other things. And you dont need much understanding of maths or physics to read it, and it is humorous and fun as well. It was very meaningful to me as a teenager when I was getting my head around this stuff. May be a bit simple for those well into the spiritual journey though.
Sorry, didnt mean to sound like a sales pitch, I just love a good book.

Lightbook, sounds like a book, which is very worthy of a read.

I find it really difficult to get my mind around quantum physics.
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands.
