View New Posts Since Last Visit?

Is there a function in this forum whereby you can view new posts since your last visit?

I find them very useful but I can't see one here?

I use this function a lot but I always miss out on new posts if I don't get to finish them all and I have to log out for some reason. This forum is way too overwhelming to go looking for all the unread threads!

Ok, I really am blonde and definately having a blonde moment so could someone please explain to the dumb blonde how to do it because I sure can't find it (even though I know it is probably staring me in the face).

Everything you need to know is in there.

To view new posts since last visit:
Go to the lines of text under where your name appears under the banner. You will see something like this:
Hello Christine
Show unread posts since last visit.
Show new replies to your posts.
Just click on it.
