Enfield Poltergeist
« on: November 23, 2007, 11:36:49 AM »
Hi Guys,
I searched for this on the forum but couldn't find it, so hopefully this isn't a repost.
This is a famous case from the 1970's in London and there is a doco of it on youtube.

The link is below for your viewing pleasure!

Hope it's of interest.
Cheers

Thanks for that Ben.  I have read alot about this case, but hadn't seen the docco.  I don't think that these people were sophisticated enough to have faked all of the phenomenon recordered here.

Yeah I don't either.
A few of the photos of the girls in which the poltergeist is supposedly flinging them through the air kind of looks like them jumping but they didn't have very fast movement detection cameras back in the 70s so the movements were to far apart to really tell what happened.
Lot's of witnesses saw things happening including police but the freakiest thing of all is listening to the voice of the poltergeist or the voice that the girl is putting on, scary!!
Cheers
Ben

If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands.
