Trust me to not get anything fluffy & cuddly.

Yeah a vulture isn't quite your fluffy, cuddly spirit animal ;)

Sounds like it is a vulture Baggy. Vultures aren't negative though if that's what you fear. They fulfill a very important ecological role.
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands.

Just using a bit of sarcasm Christine :) I actually like the idea of it being a vulture and have been doing a bit of research on them; they are fascinating and are found on every continent except Australia and Antarctica. I've been on a bit of a high since discovering my spirit animal so thank you for getting the ball rolling.

below is copied from http://www.linsdomain.com/totems/pages/vulture.htm

The Vulture is the symbol of death and rebirth, the mother symbol,
and represents purification.
For those with this totem,
you will be noticed more for what you do than how you appear.
Vulture or Condor
teaches us how to soar above our limitations.
This Totem is a semi-permanent totem; once it enters your life
it will be with you always, through your numerous lifetimes.
You may start to see auras and colors around people;
Vulture can help teach you how to accomplish this through patience and vision.
Vultures teach you how to soar without using much energy,
how to ride the thermal winds instead of flapping.
Go with the flow.  Use your own energy powerfully and efficiently.
Vulture is associated with the sense of smell
and aromatherapy is a good tool to use to connect with this Totem.
The Vulture promises us that no matter
how difficult things are at the moment,
rescue and change are imminent.
Soar above the drudgeries of every day life through spirit.
And Vulture/Condor is there to protect you in this journey.
At the end of the game the Kings & the Pawns go into the same box. - Italian proverb

Oh good Baggy! lol

I quite like vultures. They don't actually fresh kill but they will mercy kill if you like, of the sick and injured. That's a job not many would take on.

Very good Baggy and what a profile of a Vulture.

You are very lucky to have such an Animal Guide.

Still nothing on my horizon; maybe I just don't have one - I'm not a Normal Paranormal. ROFL

I was meditating quite heavily tonight, I was even perspiring.

I needed help with healing and increasing some areas within my Phycic realm, including my third eye. I also called on Archangel Gabriel for assistance. Seems He's my "go to" Archangel.

Towards the end I sought advice from Archangel Gabriel regarding my animal spirit guide and after a few seconds he whispered inside of me, Dolphin.

Not sure why a Dolphin, not sure at all, but he mentioned it 3 times. Christine or other members of the forum, can you help please.

I know the detail about the Dolphin Spirit Guide, but was wanting to know why?

Do you mean why you were given a dolphin as a spirit animal?

It is because you have an important porpoise here Simon ...

Christine, it was not what I expected and wonder why I was given such a wonderful Animal Spirit Guide.

I was wondering whether there is a relationship between my Otherworldly Guide and the Dolphin.

I am very happy to have a Dolphin and maybe it is aligned to my Otherworldly Guide and if so, I have just answered my original question in my previous post.

Sorry, my meditation tonight was extreme and I am still coming down from it.

I find I am having now having different each time I meditate now. Also am feeling changes to my Third Eye more and more.

Hi Simon,

I don't think there are really ranks or anything as far as spirit animals go. I don't believe the dolphin is any more important than any of the other animals.

Cats for example are considered Godlike, Owl is expected to help people around them benefit from their wisdom and insight, Black horses are messengers of esoteric knowledge, Whales herald cosmic consciousness, turtles are thought to be the wisest of souls. So as you can appreciate all of the various animals have particular strengths to aid mankind.

I would doubt there is much of a connection between your Guide and the animal, I think they work on a different level to them and the spirit animal really stems particularly from Indian folklore.

Yes from the readings I've done I wouldn't consider there was a link between a guide and a spirit animal. I do wonder if we collect helpers in certain categories to help us with what we're meant to learn here though.

Dophins are such amazing, beautiful creatures. You're lucky to have a totem that's connected to kindness, affection, social interactions and the joyous part of life. It's interesting I also seem to remember rose crystal was something else you were drawn to by one of your guides - a stone of love. Life is just incredible how it weaves these things together. It's really a part of your spiritual life to value. :)

I was meditating on your other worldly guide last night Simon. I had an interesting epiphany. There are 5 people I know with the same type of guide.

Lotsakids, J, my ex husband, Simon and one other person whose name I am not permitted at this stage to let be known. My understanding as of last night is that there is a definite link.
